We really have to say that the approaching autumn is a blessing this year!<\/p>\n
We endured 25 consecutive days of temperatures well above the already high levels of previous years, and we are truly worn out. Who knows what kind of winter awaits us, but in the meantime, we are enjoying a warm, sunny autumn with cool, invigorating nights\u2014putting us in the right frame of mind to visit exhibition markets.<\/p>\n
Although the number of trade fairs and exhibitions has decreased significantly again this year, the range of offerings remains vast and varied. They span from events prioritizing children’s play to those focused on highly engaging educational conferences\u2014particularly those delving into climate change and how our own approach to caring for the environment must evolve in response.<\/p>\n
Long-standing events such as Murabilia<\/strong> in Lucca, Nel Giardino del Doge Manin<\/strong> in Codroipo, and Horti Aperti<\/strong> in Pavia\u2014to name just a few\u2014remain unmissable occasions.<\/p>\n Nel segno del Giglio<\/strong> is opening its doors in autumn for the first time, as is the new Ben-essere in Natura<\/strong> event in Milan.<\/p>\n Then there are must-visit events like the 50 private gardens in Mantua opening to the public for Interno Verde<\/strong>, and the revamped version of Flormart\u2014now called Greenitaly<\/strong>\u2014in Parma.<\/p>\n Furthermore, Italian nurseries are once again opening their doors for the *Garden Festival d\u2019Autunno<\/strong>* (Autumn Garden Festival); you can find out which ones on the linked map.<\/p>\n FAI<\/strong> welcomes visitors to some of its most beautiful properties in Milan and Caravino, while the Festa delle Salvie<\/strong> (Sage Festival) takes place on weekends at the Lavandeto di Assisi.<\/p>\n Autunno alla Landriana<\/strong> is another historic event, as are the Flower Shows in Perugia and Florence<\/strong>.
