Part of the garden has also been removed and we will take care of the one you can see marked in black.<\/p>\n<p>Part of it is concreted from the corner of the house north towards the garage and instead in front of this gravel area.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s consider the rotation of the sun. As you can see, Mrs. Ester gave us an indication of where the north is and therefore where the east is and where the west is and therefore we will have the sun in the morning on the right side and the sun in the afternoon on the left side.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>The requests and needs reported by Mrs. Ester are many but as always they are basic for the project.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>What you see at the bottom is the entrance to the car. Then the car will have to take this route to get to the garage so there is a gravel protection area that must be maintained.<\/p>\n<p>The lady asks that this area, which is now gravel, be resized to be able to enjoy the greenery a little more.<\/p>\n<p>As you already know, to proceed with the study of this garden we base ourselves on the points that we have defined in the category and on the remote garden page on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mondedelgiardino.com\">www.mondedelgiardino.com<\/a>. If we go and see we start from video number one &#8220;how to make a garden plan&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>In this specific case we do not deal with this first point because it is what you will have to follow to design the plan of your garden.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>We will start with the definition of point 2 &#8220;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mondodelgiardino.com\/en\/decidere-cosa-fare-in-giardino-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">What to do in the garden<\/a><\/span>&#8220;.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ester asks us for a small vegetable garden of 10 &#8211; 12 m2;<\/p>\n<p>being able to play with her 3 month old granddaughter and the dog, therefore having a lawn area;<\/p>\n<p>be surrounded by a timeless garden, therefore in English style, which allows you to enjoy rest and relaxation;<\/p>\n<p>manage the privacy of the garden from upstairs so that there are areas in the garden not seen from upstairs;<\/p>\n<p>she would also like a small shed for tools and a service space for the vegetable garden where she can put the things he needs and a space dedicated to the dustbin.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s note another thing, you can see in the drawing that there are already plants inserted in the garden: an olive tree, two fig trees, a jujube tree, a medlar tree, a philadelphus and an oleander.<\/p>\n<p>One of Ester&#8217;s requests is that there be no plants on the border with the other property on the right that could send leaves onto the neighboring property.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Many constraints in this project.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ester tells us that we can also move the plants but as you know the plants suffer when they are moved so we will try to keep them in the same position.<\/p>\n<p>We can begin to define the gravel area that will be removed to make room for the lawn, after which we will have to follow a path from the entrance door without too many curves, otherwise one will get bored of reaching the end of the path, until reaching the gravel. Here you will be able to decide how you want to proceed, whether you want to cement, whether you want to use gneiss, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps in this case it is better to take a single cemented and clean route because if you want to carry the shopping, if you want to carry the stroller and other things you need a route structured in a certain way.<\/p>\n<p>So we get three areas after which towards the garage we always have this long and narrow band of greenery, which we can take into consideration once we understand what to do in the garden.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Let&#8217;s move on to &#8220;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mondodelgiardino.com\/en\/evaluate-the-areas-of-shadow-and-light\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Evaluate the areas of shadow and light<\/a><\/span>&#8220;. <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In theory there is nothing to protect the garden from the sun in practice however along the right border Mrs Ester has put a shade cloth on the fence so this gives a little shade in the morning to the part of the greenery immediately close to the fence after which for the rest of the day the lawn will be entirely in the sun except for the presence of trees that provide shade.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mondodelgiardino.com\/en\/views-to-cover-or-enhance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">views to cover or enhance<\/a><\/span> point 4<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Let&#8217;s study the property with the video sent to us by Ester. This one on the left that you see is the border line. The lawn is not included. You see that there is nothing around to cover. It&#8217;s a very clean open view.<\/p>\n<p>You can see the plants already present and two figs. The lawn is one of two to be designed, so to speak. Here there are some plants, a Philadelphus &#8211; I&#8217;ll stop for a moment &#8211; a Philadelphus according to what Ester says, a Nespolo, behind it an Oleander and something else. An olive tree, which however does not appear to be in good condition.<\/p>\n<p>Outside there is some traffic but it doesn&#8217;t bother the property.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Let&#8217;s move on to point 5 \u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mondodelgiardino.com\/en\/decide-where-to-do-what\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decide where to do what<\/a><\/span>\u201d<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In this type of garden, where there are more green areas, you can make more choices so the hypothesis we are making now is one of the possible ones but we still feel like making some general considerations regarding the areas.<\/p>\n<p>The first thing we can do is that since the entrance is at this point and the outside dining area is at this point, these two green areas in front, one and two, can be considered the representative areas of the house, therefore for example the areas of relaxation of game of insertion of the vegetable garden cannot be these.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>In these areas there will be a lawn and in case there will be flowerbed areas which can have the shape the owner desires and which can contain the perennial herbaceous plants that the owner desired.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>First of all, I would like to point out that the two fig trees were moved to the south so as not to disturb the vegetable garden, so as not to create shade on the vegetable garden, while all the other plants were left where they were.<\/p>\n<h3>Here we are at the design of the large green area corresponding to the path that reaches the house.<\/h3>\n<p>We have created a path that reaches the vegetable garden that crosses this green area that we have left as a lawn with flowerbeds running along the border of the flowerbeds that follow the path creating an area dedicated to a seat with a table and that lead to a fence that it leads into the vegetable garden and also reaches the first of the two small sheds, one for the tools and one inside the fence for the vegetable garden.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>This is the vegetable garden, larger than the one requested, but will then be sized according to what the owner wants with a path that reaches the dustbin area.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4><strong>The dustbin area<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>it was inserted near the entrance so that the dustbin could be taken outside when needed and it was isolated from the rest of the garden by a hedge. This hedge was placed in this direction to provide as little shade as possible to the vegetable garden and to cover and shield it from the view from the house.<\/p>\n<p>Compost can also be made in this area. Here there is a gate that leads from the vegetable garden to the dustbin area and there is also a path that reaches this area instead of the garden which will be the secret garden.<\/p>\n<p>The secret garden will have a seating area and will have English flowerbeds as requested and desired. Ne \u00e8 stata stornata una parte anche del giardino e noi ci occuperemo di quella che potete vedere segnata in Nero.<\/p>\r\n<p>Una parte \u00e8 cementata dall'angolo della casa verso nord verso il garage e invece davanti a questa zona di ghiaietto.<\/p>\r\n<p>Facciamo una considerazione sul il giro del sole. Come vedete la signora Ester ci ha dato indicazione di dov\u2019\u00e8 il nord e quindi di dov\u2019\u00e8 l'est e di dov\u2019\u00e8 l'ovest e quindi avremo il sole la mattina sul lato destro e il sole al pomeriggio sul lato sinistro.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Le richieste e le necessit\u00e0 segnalate dalla signora Ester sono molte ma sono come sempre di base per il progetto.<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Questo in basso che vedete \u00e8 l'ingresso per l'auto. Poi l\u2019auto dovr\u00e0 fare questo percorso per arrivare al garage quindi c'\u00e8 una zona di tutela del ghiaietto che va mantenuta.<\/p>\r\n<p>La signora chiede che questa zona, che adesso \u00e8 a ghiaietto, venga ridimensionata per poter godere un po' di pi\u00f9 del verde.<\/p>\r\n<p>Come gi\u00e0 sapete per procedere allo studio di questo giardino ci basiamo sui punti che abbiamo definito nella categoria e nella pagina del telegiardino su <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mondedelgiardino.com\">www.mondedelgiardino.com<\/a> se andiamo a vedere si parte dal video numero uno \u201ccome fare la planimetria del giardino\u201d.<\/p>\r\n<p>In questo specifico caso non ci occupiamo di questo primo punto perch\u00e9 \u00e8 quello che dovrete seguire voi per disegnare la planimetria del vostro giardino.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Partiremo con la definizione del punto 2 \u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mondodelgiardino.com\/decidere-cosa-fare-in-giardino\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">decidere cosa fare in giardino<\/a><\/span>\u201d.<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Ester ci chiede un orto non grande 10 - 12 mq;<\/p>\r\n<p>poter giocare con la sua nipotina di 3 mesi e con il cane, quindi di avere una zona prato;<\/p>\r\n<p>essere circondata da un giardino senza tempo quindi sullo stile inglese che le permetta di godersi il riposo e relax;<\/p>\r\n<p>gestire la privacy del giardino dal piano di sopra in modo che ci siano delle zone in giardino non viste dal piano di sopra;<\/p>\r\n<p>vorrebbe, inoltre, una piccola rimessa per gli attrezzi e uno spazio di servizio per l'orto dove mettere le cose che servono e uno spazio dedicato alla pattumiera.<\/p>\r\n<p>Notiamo un'altra cosa potete vedere nel disegno che esistono gi\u00e0 delle piante inserite nel giardino un ulivo due fichi un giuggiolo un nespolo un filadelfo e un oleandro.<\/p>\r\n<p>Una delle richieste di Ester \u00e8 che non ci siano piante sul confine con l'altra propriet\u00e0 a destra che possano mandare foglie nella propriet\u00e0 vicina.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Molti vincoli in questo progetto.<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Ester ci segnala che possiamo anche spostare le piante ma come voi sapete le piante soffrono quando vengono spostate quindi cercheremo di tenerle nella stessa posizione.<\/p>\r\n<p>Possiamo cominciare a definire l'area di ghiaino che verr\u00e0 tolta per far spazio al prato dopo di che dalla porta di ingresso dovremo fare un percorso senza troppe curve, se no poi uno si stufa ad arrivare alla fine del percorso, che arrivi al ghiaino. Qui si potr\u00e0 decidere come se vuole procedere se si vuole cementare se si vuole fare a beole, ecc.<\/p>\r\n<p>Forse in questo caso \u00e8 meglio fare un unico percorso cementato e pulito perch\u00e9 se si vuole portare la spesa se si vuole portare il passeggino ed altre cose si necessita di un percorso strutturato in un certo modo.<\/p>\r\n<p>Cos\u00ec otteniamo tre aree dopo di che verso il garage abbiamo sempre questa fascia di verde, lunga e stretta, che possiamo tenere in considerazione una volta capito cosa fare in giardino.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Andiamo a \u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mondodelgiardino.com\/valutare-le-zone-di-ombra-e-di-luce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Valutare le zone di ombra e di luce<\/a><\/span>\u201d. <\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>In teoria non c'\u00e8 niente che ripari dal sole il giardino nella pratica invece lungo il confine di destra la signora Ester ha messo un telo ombreggiante sulla recinzione quindi questo un po\u2019 di ombra la mattina lo fa alla parte del verde subito vicina alla recinzione dopo di che per il resto della giornata invece il prato sar\u00e0 tutto al sole se non per la presenza di alberi che facciano ombra.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mondodelgiardino.com\/le-viste-da-coprire-o-valorizzare-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le viste da coprire o valorizzare<\/a><\/span> punto 4<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Studiamoci la propriet\u00e0 con il video inviatoci da Ester. Questa qui a sinistra che vedete \u00e8 la linea di confine. Il prato non \u00e8 compreso. Vedete che intorno non c'\u00e8 niente da coprire. E\u2019 una vista molto aperta pulita.<\/p>\r\n<p>Si vedono le piante gi\u00e0 presenti e due fichi. Il prato \u00e8 uno dei due da progettare, diciamo cos\u00ec. Qui ci sono alcune piante, un filadelfo - mi fermo un attimo - un Filadelfo secondo quello che dice Ester, un Nespolo, dietro un Oleandro e qualcosa d'altro. Un ulivo, che per\u00f2 non sembra in buone condizioni.<\/p>\r\n<p>Verso fuori c'\u00e8 un po\u2019 di traffico per\u00f2 non d\u00e0 fastidio la propriet\u00e0.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Passiamo al punto 5 \u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mondodelgiardino.com\/decidere-dove-fare-cosa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decidere dove fare cosa<\/a><\/span>\u201d<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>In questo tipo di giardino, dove ci sono pi\u00f9 aree verdi, si possono fare pi\u00f9 scelte quindi l\u2019ipotesi che facciamo noi ora \u00e8 una di quelle possibili per\u00f2 ci sentiamo comunque di fare alcune considerazioni generali riguardo alle aree.<\/p>\r\n<p>La prima che possiamo fare \u00e8 che essendo in questo punto l'ingresso ed essendo in questo punto la zona di pranzo all'esterno queste due aree verdi davanti, uno e due, possono essere considerate le aree di rappresentanza della casa quindi per esempio le zone di relax di gioco di inserimento dell'orto non possono essere queste.<\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p><strong>In queste zone ci sar\u00e0 un prato e ci saranno in caso delle aree di aiuole che potranno avere la forma che desidera il proprietario e che potranno contenere le erbacee perenni che il proprietario desiderava.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<p>Per prima cosa segnalo che sono stati spostati i due fichi a sud per non dar fastidio all'orto, per non creare ombra sull'orto, mentre tutte le altre piante sono state lasciate dov\u2019erano.<\/p>\r\n<h3>Eccoci alla progettazione dell'area verde grande in corrispondenza del percorso che arriva alla casa.<\/h3>\r\n<p>Abbiamo creato un percorso che arriva all'orto che attraversa questa zona di verde che abbiamo lasciato a prato con delle aiuole corrono lungo il confine delle aiuole che seguono il percorso creando una zona dedicata a una seduta con un tavolino e che portano a una recinzione che introduce nell'orto e arriva anche al primo dei due piccoli casotti, uno per gli attrezzi uno interno alla recinzione per l'orto.<\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p><strong>Questo \u00e8 l'orto, pi\u00f9 grande di quello richiesto, ma poi verr\u00e0 dimensionato a seconda di quello che desidera il proprietario con un percorso che arriva alla zona pattumiera.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>\r\n<h4><strong>La zona pattumiera<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>\u00e8 stata inserita vicino all'ingresso cos\u00ec da poter portare la pattumiera poi fuori quando serve ed \u00e8 stata isolata dal resto del giardino da una siepe. Questa siepe \u00e8 stata messa in questa direzione per dare meno fastidio possibile, come ombra, all'orto e coprire e schermare dalla vista dalla casa.<\/p>\r\n<p>In questa zona potr\u00e0 essere anche fatto il compost. Qui c'\u00e8 un cancelletto che dall'orto porta alla zona pattumiere e c'\u00e8 anche un percorso che arriva a questa zona invece del giardino che sar\u00e0 il giardino segreto.<\/p>\r\n<p>Il giardino segreto avr\u00e0 una seduta e avr\u00e0 delle aiuole all\u2019inglese come richiesto e come desiderato. Sar\u00e0 un giardino probabilmente un po' in ombra e quindi andranno scelte dell'essenze un po' pi\u00f9 da ombra mentre le altre zone dove ci sono le aiuole sono in pieno sole quindi si potranno scegliere essenze da pieno sole.<\/p>\r\n<p>Si potr\u00e0 anche sistemare una panchina in questo punto per godersi il gioco sul prato con la bambina e col cane.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Questa \u00e8 la nostra idea di come gestire questo spazio.<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<h4><strong>L\u2019impianto di irrigazione<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Suggeriamo che venga fatto prima l'impianto di irrigazione per il giardino su misura per questo tipo di progettazione o per il tipo di progettazione che verr\u00e0 scelto e perch\u00e9 farlo dopo significa buttare all'area tutto: sia i percorsi sia le piante sia i casotti, sia le panchine e tutto.<\/p>\r\n<p>Prima di tutto va fatto l'impianto di irrigazione che poi pu\u00f2 non essere utilizzato ed essere utilizzato solamente in caso di siccit\u00e0 o di necessit\u00e0, ma \u00e8 un investimento che va fatto per preservare poi il tutto lavoro e tutti i costi che si affronteranno per la creazione del giardino.<\/p>\r\n<p>Vi ringraziamo e vi auguriamo buona settimana e alla prossima buona serata.<\/p>\r\n<p>Speriamo vi abbia fatto piacere vederlo e vi sia stato utile.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ora a cavallo!
