Let&#8217;s look again at the paved area to notice the grate, which probably overlooks the garages, it doesn&#8217;t matter. What matters is that you can see that on the right the garden develops lengthwise.<\/p>\n<p>In this second video, however, we are looking at the other side of the garden, the one that extends towards the right, but before showing you this video, let&#8217;s take a look at the plan.<\/p>\n<p>This is the garden plan. At the bottom right you can see the house, after which the garden goes around the building but develops towards the north for a nice long stretch, being a very nice garden as I told you before. You saw how large the porch was and imagine the garden.<\/p>\n<p>We continue to see the video showing the rest of the garden. You can see the gate at the end, and the buildings overlooking the property. You can see the part in front of the house and then the large hedge, very high, which protects from the view from outside. There are some essences that already exist, mostly peripheral.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>We follow the Garden World order in the study<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Now, as always, let&#8217;s proceed in order with the points we have inserted in the TeleGiardino to help you plan your garden or in any case carry out a study of your garden.<\/p>\n<p>I remember, in fact, that the project is not a small thing. To design a house you can&#8217;t invent architects overnight. Likewise, to design a garden you cannot invent landscape architects or designers. It is not possible to do a good garden project alone.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, if you want to put up a hedge or a flowerbed there is no problem, but if you want to organize an outdoor space it becomes more complicated and Mondo del Giardino always recommends placing it in the hands of a trained professional.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of this video we will give suggestions on who to contact for the project in your area.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The first point<\/strong> <strong>we will work on will be deciding what to do in the garden<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>(which is the second because in this case we are not interested in drawing up the floor plan)<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Maria Grazia tells us that in the garden she wants to put a swimming pool, a basement and a walkway that leads to the fence at the end of the garden towards the north.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, it asks not to eliminate existing plants, some of which have just been planted, some of which have been present for decades. We not only agree not to remove these plants, but we absolutely agree with you in not wanting to do so so we will work in the parts where there are no plants.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Point 3 concerns evaluating the shadow and light areas<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We need to study how the sun rotates. Mrs. Maria Grazia warns us that, since the hedges are very high, the sun is not present in the garden after four and therefore is present in the morning in that part in front of the house until four in the afternoon.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Point 4 the views to be covered or enhanced. Let&#8217;s go back to the video for a moment.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To the north there is the whole side on which the houses are located, where there are plants, but in winter they don&#8217;t cover the garden because they strip them. The rest of the garden, however, is not only protected from view but does not even allow you to look out so there are no views to enhance or cover.<\/p>\n<p>On this side where there are the houses that now appear, let&#8217;s say that a bit of privacy is lost and therefore something should be added here.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Point 5. Let&#8217;s move on to deciding where to do what. <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>For this aspect we make use of Photoshop giving suggestions on how to insert the elements which are practically two.<\/p>\n<p>An idea which is mine and therefore comes from a single landscape designer and may not meet the taste of the owners, but meets their needs, is to insert a swimming pool in an area closer than the one they suggested.<\/p>\n<p>In my opinion the view of the paved part is too rigid. So squared, in fact, it isn&#8217;t beautiful to look at and is a bit annoying and useless. Right now you simply have to walk down to get to the lawn area.<\/p>\n<p>I suggest inserting a swimming pool that partially breaks the rigidity of this paved area with a free shape that the customer decides and inserting around, at the end of the stone paved area, a wooden paved area that allows you to experience the surroundings of the swimming pool.<\/p>\n<p>This flooring can be wooden, it can be a small beach as Mrs. Maria Grazia said.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>The Grove<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>For the walkway, however, I envisage a route that allows you to take walks and that goes all around the northern area. I see the material of the walkway as stabilized so that it is easy to walk on and does not particularly dirty the shoes. It is made up of several layers, a mixture of pebbles, sand etc. and is very beautiful to look at if done well, furthermore it is also very pleasant to travel on, it does not bother the trees and can also be traveled by bicycle.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s make a ring that anyone can run along if they want and do a bit of exercise.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s add an entrance area from the gate at the end. I would also think about a small internal car park to be able to leave the car. A dirt link to the ring and the clear insertion of trees which we see as a grove.<\/p>\n<p>The grove, with a whole series of trees, also allows you to isolate this northern part which was a little bare towards the nearby buildings, to walk in the shade and to have a nice refreshing area.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>The relaxation area<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>At the edge of the grove, to the south, I also add a couple of plants to create a rest area.<\/p>\n<p>It is true, in fact, that it seems that the sun has no longer been in the garden since 4 in the afternoon, but it is also true that the sun could still beat down on the porch and if you want to take a refreshing break in the shade you need an area in point other than the table on the porch. A table and a couple of benches with an informal design are inserted and, along the path, stone seats that look towards the inside of the grove and allow you to stop. They can also be inserted in the center: the distribution of seats is infinite.<\/p>\n<p>From the rest area there is the famous gneiss path that reaches the swimming pool so that if someone is sunbathing in the pool, they get bored and want to go to the cool of the foliage for a bit &#8211; which is different from the cool under the porch, heads towards this relaxation rest area to read or chat with someone.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The rules on swimming pools<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mrs. Maria Grazia asked if it is true that the completely underground swimming pool increases the value of the house. The law once said that if you completely bury the swimming pool, the value of the property increases and becomes a luxury property. Today this is no longer the case. Today, the law generally says that it becomes a luxury piece of furniture if the swimming pool is larger than 80 m2. and the depth can be any, in fact we are not talking about cubic metres, but about square metres.<\/p>\n<p>However, we recommend that you still find out from your municipality because each municipality may have different rules and may require different documents to do so. This way you also ensure that you are not in an area protected by any restrictions and this always matters. After which, for example, a flowerbed can also be designed to the south but, being more in the shade due to the tall trees, it will have different essences.<\/p>\n<p>Returning to the views from the inside, looking outwards we see the swimming pool with a truly interesting green background.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>We are at point 7: what style does it give to the garden<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In this case it is not necessary to give the style of the garden because there are two important elements: the swimming pool which can be freely chosen by the owners of the house and the paths and seats which, depending on the style they want to give, the hosts can always choose freely choosing one material or another.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Point 8 how to pave the garden<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>We have already given directions regarding the stabilized dirt path and instead of gneiss the one that goes from the swimming pool to the relaxation area.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Conclusions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The study of this garden has been carried out. Rivediamo la zona pavimentata per notare la grata, che probabilmente d\u00e0 sui box, non importa. Quello che importa \u00e8 che si vede che a destra il giardino si sviluppa in lunghezza.<\/p>\r\n<p>In questo secondo video, invece, stiamo guardando l'altro lato del giardino quello che si allunga verso destra, ma prima di farvi vedere questo video, diamo un'occhiata alla planimetria.<\/p>\r\n<p>Questa \u00e8 la planimetria del giardino. In basso a destra potete notare la casa, dopo di che il giardino gira intorno alla l'edificio ma si sviluppa verso quello che \u00e8 il nord per un bel tratto lungo, essendo un gran bel giardino come vi ha detto prima. Avete visto come era grande il portico e immaginate il giardino.<\/p>\r\n<p>Continuiamo a vedere il video che mostra il resto del giardino. Si vede la cancellata in fondo, e gli edifici che affacciano sulla propriet\u00e0. Si vede la parte davanti alla casa e poi la grande siepe, molto alta, che protegge dalla vista dall'esterno. Ci sono delle essenze gi\u00e0 esistenti, pi\u00f9 che altro perimetrali.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Seguiamo l\u2019ordine di Mondo del Giardino nello studio<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Ora, come sempre, procediamo in ordine con i punti che abbiamo inserito nel teleGiardino per aiutarvi a fare il progetto del vostro giardino o comunque a fare uno studio del vostro giardino.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ricordo, infatti, che il progetto non \u00e8 una cosa da poco. Per fare il progetto di una casa non ci si pu\u00f2 inventare architetti da un giorno all'altro. Ugualmente per fare il progetto di un giardino non ci si pu\u00f2 inventare paesaggisti o progettisti. Non \u00e8 possibile da soli fare un buon progetto di giardino.<\/p>\r\n<p>Certo se volete mettere una siepe, un\u2019aiuola non c'\u00e8 nessun problema, ma se volete organizzare uno spazio fuori diventa pi\u00f9 complicato e Mondo del Giardino consiglia sempre di mettersi in mano a un professionista preparato.<\/p>\r\n<p>Alla fine di questo video daremo dei suggerimenti a chi rivolgervi per il progetto nella vostra zona.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Il primo punto<\/strong> <strong>su cui lavoreremo sar\u00e0 decidere cosa fare in giardino<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>(che poi \u00e8 il secondo perch\u00e9 fare la planimetria in questo caso non ci interessa)<\/p>\r\n<p>La Signora Maria Grazia ci comunica che in giardino vuole mettere una piscina, seminterrata e un camminamento che porti alla recinzione in fondo al giardino verso nord.<\/p>\r\n<p>Inoltre chiede di non eliminare le piante esistenti, in parte appena messe a dimora, in parte presenti da decine di anni. Noi non solo accettiamo di non togliere queste piante, ma siamo assolutamente d'accordo con lei nel non volerlo fare quindi lavoreremo nelle parti dove non ci sono piante.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Il punto 3 \u00e8 riguarda valutare le zone di ombra e di luce<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Dobbiamo fare lo studio di come gira il sole. La signora Maria Grazia ci avvisa che, essendo le siepi molto alte, il sole dopo le quattro non \u00e8 presente nel giardino e quindi \u00e8 presente la mattina in quella parte di fronte alla casa fino alle quattro di pomeriggio.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Punto 4 le viste da coprire o valorizzare. Torniamo un attimo al video.<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>A nord c'\u00e8 tutto il lato su cui ci sono le case vicino, dove ci sono le piante, ma in inverno non coprono il giardino perch\u00e9 spoglianti. Il resto del giardino, invece, non solo \u00e8 protetto dalla vista ma non permette neanche di guardare fuori quindi non ci sono viste da valorizzare o da coprire.<\/p>\r\n<p>In questo lato dove ci sono le case che adesso compaiono diciamo che un po' di privacy perde e quindi qui qualcosa in andr\u00e0 aggiunto.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Punto 5. Passiamo al decidere dove fare cosa. <\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Per questo aspetto ci avvaliamo di Photoshop dando dei suggerimenti su come inserire gli elementi che poi sono praticamente due.<\/p>\r\n<p>Un'idea che \u00e8 la mia e quindi \u00e8 di una paesaggista sola e potrebbe non incontrare il gusto dei proprietari, ma risponde alle loro esigenze, \u00e8 quella di inserire una piscina in una zona pi\u00f9 vicina rispetto a quella che suggerivano loro.<\/p>\r\n<p>Secondo me la vista della parte pavimentata \u00e8 troppo rigida. Cos\u00ec squadrata, infatti, non \u00e8 bellissima da vedere e \u00e8 un po' fastidiosa e inutile. Ora come ora semplicemente devi percorra per arrivare alla zona di prato.<\/p>\r\n<p>Suggerisco inserire una piscina che in parte rompa la rigidit\u00e0 di questa zona pavimentata con una forma libera che decide il cliente e inserire intorno, al termine della zona pavimentata in pietra, una zona pavimentata il legno che permetta di vivere l'intorno della piscina.<\/p>\r\n<p>Questa pavimentazione pu\u00f2 essere in legno, pu\u00f2 essere una spiaggetta come diceva la signora Maria Grazia.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Il Boschetto<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Per il camminamento invece io prevedo un percorso che permetta di fare delle passeggiate e che giri tutto intorno alla zona nord. Il materiale del camminamento lo vedo stabilizzato in maniera che sia facile da percorrere e non sporchi particolarmente le scarpe. \u00c8 composto da una pi\u00f9 strati, da una graniglia di sassolini, di sabbi eccetera ed \u00e8 molto bello da vedere se fatto bene, inoltre \u00e8 molto piacevole anche da percorrere, non d\u00e0 fastidio agli alberi ed \u00e8 percorribile anche in bicicletta.<\/p>\r\n<p>Facciamo un anello che uno volendo pu\u00f2 percorre anche di corsa e per fare un po' di movimento.<\/p>\r\n<p>Aggiungiamo una zona di ingresso dal cancello in fondo. Penserei anche ad un piccolo parcheggio interno per poter lasciare la macchina. Un collegamento sterrato all\u2019anello e l'inserimento chiaramente degli alberi che vediamo come un boschetto.<\/p>\r\n<p>Il boschetto, con tutta una serie di alberi, permette anche di isolare questa parte a nord che era un po' spoglia verso gli edifici vicini, di passeggiare all'ombra e di avere una bella zona rinfrescante.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>La zona relax<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Ai margini del boschetto, a sud, aggiungo anche un paio di piante per creare una zona di sosta.<\/p>\r\n<p>\u00c8 vero, infatti che sembra che il sole non ci sia pi\u00f9 in giardino dalle 4 di pomeriggio, ma \u00e8 anche vero che il sole potrebbe comunque battere sotto il portico e se si vuole fare una pausa rinfrescante all\u2019ombra ci vuole una zona in un punto diverso dal tavolo sotto il portico. Si inseriscono un tavolo e un paio di panche con un design informale e, sul percorso, delle sedute in pietra che guardano verso l'interno del boschetto e che permettono la sosta. Si possono inserire anche al centro: la distribuzione delle sedute \u00e8 infinita.<\/p>\r\n<p>Dalla zona di sosta si fa partire quel famoso percorso di beole che arriva alla piscina in modo che se qualcuno sta prendendo il sole in piscina, si stufa e vuole andare un po' al fresco delle fronde - che \u00e8 diverso dal fresco sotto il portico, si dirige verso questa zona di riposo di relax per leggere o chiacchierare con qualcuno.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Le regole sulle piscine<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>La Signora Maria Grazia chiedeva se \u00e8 vero che la piscina completamente interrata fa salire il valore della casa. Una volta la legge diceva che se interri completamente la piscina il valore dell'immobile cresce e diventa un\u2019immobile di lusso. Oggi non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 cos\u00ec. Oggi, tendenzialmente, la legge dice che diventa in mobile di lusso se la piscina \u00e8 superiore agli 80 mq. e la profondit\u00e0 pu\u00f2 essere qualsiasi, infatti non parliamo di metri cubi, ma di metri quadri.<\/p>\r\n<p>Consigliamo per\u00f2 di informarsi ugualmente dal vostro comune perch\u00e9 ogni comune pu\u00f2 avere delle regole diverse e pu\u00f2 richiedere dei documenti diversi per farla. In questo modo vi assicurate anche di non essere in una zona protetta da qualche vincolo e questo fa sempre testo. La legge italiana, in sintesi dice questo, ma \u00e8 meglio che se vi informate dal vostro comune per sicurezza.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Gli articoli di Mondo del Giardino sulle Piscine<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Vi ricordiamo, inoltre, che su mondo del giardino ci sono tre articoli che parlano delle piscine uno sull'inserimento di una piscina <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mondodelgiardino.com\/fare-la-piscina-in-giardino\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">qui<\/a><\/span> con i relativi costi, uno sull'inserimento di un biolago <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mondodelgiardino.com\/fare-il-biolago-in-giardino\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">qui<\/a><\/span>, dove non vengono utilizzati dei prodotti chimici per la gestione della piscina ed un articolo dedicato alle mini piscine cio\u00e8 agli idromassaggi da esterno <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/mondodelgiardino.com\/fare-l-idromassaggio-in-giardino\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">qui<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Punto 6 cosa si vede da dentro casa<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>dalle finestre del soggiorno si guarda verso il portico e dritto verso la siepe quindi, andando a vedere la planimetria i punti diciamo cos\u00ec che ci interessano notare sono verso la piscina e la zona relax.<\/p>\r\n<p>Questo ci invita ad inserire qualche aiuola con un po' di fiori da vedere dietro la piscina ma anche intorno alla zona relax cos\u00ec quando andiamo a sederci in quella zona per riposarci, ci godiamo il verde intorno.<\/p>\r\n<p>I punti in cui inseriamo queste aiuole sono centrali nel giardino ed il sole c\u2019\u00e8 per pi\u00f9 di mezza giornata quindi ci si pu\u00f2 mettere quasi tutto. Dopo di che per esempio anche a sud si pu\u00f2 disegnare un\u2019aiuola che per\u00f2, essendo maggiormente in ombra per via degli alberi alti, avr\u00e0 essenze diverse.<\/p>\r\n<p>Tornando alle viste dall'interno, ecco che cos\u00ec guardando verso fuori vediamo la piscina con uno sfondo di verde veramente interessante.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Siamo al punto 7 che stile da al giardino<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>In questo caso non \u00e8 necessario dare lo stile del giardino perch\u00e9 ci sono due elementi importanti: la piscina che pu\u00f2 essere scelta liberamente dai padroni di casa e i percorsi e le sedute che a seconda dello stile che vorranno dare potranno scegliere sempre liberamente i padroni di casa scegliendo un materiale o un altro.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Punto 8 come pavimentare il giardino<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Abbiamo gi\u00e0 dato le indicazioni rispetto al percorso in sterrato stabilizzato e invece di beole quello che va dalla piscina alla zona relax.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Conclusioni<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Lo studio di questo giardino \u00e8 stato eseguito.
