This third article concludes the series of interventions that took place on 9 September in the delightful setting of the Monastery of Astino, during the Landscape Festival “The Masters of the Landscape”.<\/p>\n
For those who missed the reports of previous interventions, we recommend reading “Masters of the Landscape – Universit\u00e9 d’Et\u00e9 – Bombardieri and Schegk<\/a><\/span>” and “Masters of the Landscape – Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Et\u00e9 – Gandi and Degr\u00e9<\/a><\/span>“<\/p>\n Recall that the topic of discussion that linked all the interventions of this stimulating afternoon was PROFESSIONS FOR THE LANDSCAPE. A collection of design and construction suggestions for the growth of the concept and culture of the landscape in Italy.<\/p>\n The key questions that the invited professionals answered were:<\/p>\n How is the territory taken care of? Why can and should new landscape professionals be trained?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n As always, we renew our thanks for the skilful organization of the Arketipos association which made possible a discussion on these important topics.<\/p>\n I was undecided on how to deal with this afternoon’s information transfer, however, to savor each step, I decided to divide it into 3 parts and report the interventions as they were without journalistic interference.<\/p>\n So here are the pregnant interventions of the guests and good reading.<\/p>\n It is always a great pleasure to come to Bergamo, it is a city that makes you dream and think. I begin the presentation with the silhouette of Bergamo in the background because it is unique in its kind and is an example of the identity of the territory, but also of the people who created the territory: the history, the geography of the place. the lawyer Rodeschini spoke to me about the idea of \u200b\u200bcreating this pedagogy and training center and I will base my speech on this.<\/em><\/p>\n Landscape and sustainable development through the connection and promotion of landscape training to strengthen the skills of the landscape professions.<\/p>\n The climatic changes occurred very quickly and involved every aspect: agricultural, forestry, industrial etc. on a global level, of course, and this happens both at a rural, urban and peri-urban level.<\/p>\n The peri-urban area is the one on which it has most impacted and therefore needs more attention from the political world and the public administration. <\/em><\/p>\n How can you deal with divergent interests? How do you keep it all together? work on spatial planning policy with urban development and cultural, environmental, social and economic policy.<\/strong><\/p>\n So, how is the territory taken care of?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Politics can have a direct or indirect impact and no one thinks about what real impact it has on the territory. The common denominator is in two words quality<\/strong> and diversity<\/strong>: both must be protected. We must not standardize and we must have a qualitatively high goal and this is important thinking about the future because it will not be possible to do it in a short time. We need to have a vision of the territory for the future.<\/p>\n The Convention (of Europe) also spoke about the quality of life and the word quality is for the landscape and for the life of the person. We must always remember that the person lives in a territory and has to do with his health otherwise the arguments made do not work.<\/em><\/p>\n Professions and Professionals for the Landscape, what are they and why are they fundamental?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n The other important issue is that there is a need for professions. And what are the professions directly or indirectly linked to the landscape? Because there are so many. Land planners, urban planners, road and bridge building engineers, landscape architects, architects, farmers, foresters, horticulturists, geographers, historians, geologists, climatologists, environmentalists, ecologists, lawyers, economists, sociologists, culture and heritage specialists, and areas such as gastronomy and health, this list is endless. <\/strong><\/p>\n There is not only one discipline that must work on the landscape: it is a common project of professions that work on the subject and each profession has a responsibility with respect to the subject.<\/strong> A profession that bears the word landscape in its title is the landscape architect.<\/p>\n It is an underprivileged profession, but important for the Convention because the group has worked with many disciplines but more with this one.<\/p>\n In 2019 the Convention, through all its 40 member states, made a statement saying that the profession of Landscape Architect is important and must be recognized nationally and internationally. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n He said that he supports a multidisciplinary approach to landscape and that the diversity of training of disciplines that have to do with the landscape must be increased. In 2021 there was another document on the theme of urban landscapes and climate change<\/u> and how these professions can contribute to improving the quality of life. This document will be published but it is important to see how it can impact the area and the example of Bergamo is exemplary. The inhabitants of Bergamo understand better than others, as well as a visitor or tourist.<\/p>\n A green city, in fact or with a new approach to landscape thinking, helps to improve the living environment and adaptation to climate change.<\/strong><\/p>\n The question of education and training in the field of landscape becomes essential both to consider the role of the landscape as fundamental and to monitor the transformation if needed with professionals who know the discipline.<\/p>\n In 2018 there was a meeting in Tropea on the theme of the landscape and on education and training and Arketipos presented the Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Et\u00e9. This conference was interesting because it talked about training at different levels. Primary school education with children, secondary and university. In Switzerland you are educated all your life. Continuous education that leads to infinite knowledge: you can always study. Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Et\u00e9: Professioni per il paesaggio<\/h2>\r\nIntervento della Sig.ra Maguelonne Dejeant-Pons \u2013 Responsabile della Divisione Patrimonio Culturale, Paesaggio e Gestione del Territorio del Consiglio d\u2019Europa.<\/strong>\r\n\r\n\u00c8 sempre un grande piacere venire a Bergamo, \u00e8 una citt\u00e0 che fa sognare e pensare. Inizio la presentazione con la silouette di Bergamo sullo sfondo perch\u00e9 \u00e8 unica nel suo genere ed \u00e8 un esempio di identit\u00e0 del territorio, ma anche delle persone che hanno creato il territorio: la storia, la geografia del luogo. L\u2019Avv. Rodeschini mi parlava dell\u2019idea di fare questo centro di pedagogia e formazione e su questo baser\u00f2 il mio intervento.<\/em>\r\n
Lezioni di Paesaggio: Professionisti del Paesaggio per lo sviluppo sostenibile<\/h3>\r\nPaesaggio e sviluppo sostenibile attraverso la connessione e la promozione della formazione sul paesaggio per rafforzare le competenze delle professioni del paesaggio.\r\n\r\nLe modifiche climatiche sono avvenute molto velocemente ed hanno coinvolto ogni aspetto: agricolo, forestale, industriale ecc. a livello mondiale ovviamente e questo avviene sia a livello rurale sia urbano sia periurbano.\r\n\r\nLa zona periurbana \u00e8 quella su cui ha pi\u00f9 impattato ed ha quindi bisogno di pi\u00f9 attenzioni dal mondo politico e dalla pubblica amministrazione. <\/em>\r\n\r\nCome si pu\u00f2 fare con gli interessi divergenti? Come fare per tenere tutto insieme? lavorare sulla politica della pianificazione territoriale con lo sviluppo urbano e la politica culturale, ambientale, sociale ed economica.<\/strong>\r\n
Quindi, come si cura il territorio?<\/blockquote>\r\nLa politica pu\u00f2 avere un impatto diretto o indiretto e non si pensa a quale impatto reale ha sul territorio. Il denominatore comune \u00e8 in due parole la qualit\u00e0<\/strong> e la diversit\u00e0<\/strong>: entrambe sono da proteggere. Non bisogna standardizzare e si deve avere un obbiettivo qualitativamente alto e questo \u00e8 importante pensando al futuro perch\u00e9 non si potr\u00e0 farlo in un tempo breve. Bisogna avere una visione del territorio per il futuro.\r\n\r\nLa Convenzione (d\u2019Europa) ha parlato anche della qualit\u00e0 della vita e la parola qualit\u00e0 \u00e8 per il paesaggio e per la vita della persona. Bisogna sempre ricordare che la persona vive in un territorio ed ha a che fare con la sua salute altrimenti i ragionamenti fatti non funzionano.<\/em>\r\n
Professioni e Professionisti per il Paesaggio, quali sono e perch\u00e9 sono fondamentali?<\/blockquote>\r\nL\u2019altro tema importante \u00e8 che si necessit\u00e0 di professioni. E quali sono le professioni direttamente o indirettamente legate al paesaggio? Perch\u00e9 sono tante. Pianificatori del territorio, urbanisti, ingegneri che fanno ponti e strade, paesaggisti, architetti, agricoltori, forestali, orticoltori, geografi, storici, geologi, climatologi, ambientalisti, ecologisti, avvocati, economisti, sociologi, specialisti di cultura e del patrimonio culturale, e ambiti come la gastronomia e salute, questa lista \u00e8 infinita. <\/strong>\r\n\r\nNon c\u2019\u00e8 solo una disciplina che deve lavorare sul paesaggio: \u00e8 un progetto comune di professioni che lavorano sul tema e ogni professione ha una responsabilit\u00e0 rispetto al tema.<\/strong> Una professione che porta nel titolo la parola paesaggio \u00e8 l\u2019architetto del paesaggio.\r\n
Dichiarazioni della Convenzione d'Europa riguardo la professione dell'Architetto del Paesaggio<\/h3>\r\n\u00c8 una professione poco privilegiata, ma importante per la Convenzione perch\u00e9 il gruppo ha lavorato con molte discipline ma maggiormente con questa.\r\n\r\nNel 2019 la Convenzione, tramite tutti i suoi 40 stati membri, fece una dichiarazione dicendo che la professione di Architetto del Paesaggio \u00e8 importante e deve essere riconosciuta a livello nazionale ed internazionale. <\/em><\/strong>\r\n\r\nHa detto di sostenere un approccio multidisciplinare del paesaggio e che va aumentata la diversit\u00e0 di formazione delle discipline che hanno a che fare con il paesaggio. Nel 2021 ci fu un altro documento sul tema dei paesaggi urbani ed il cambiamento climatico<\/u> e come queste professioni possano contribuire al miglioramento della qualit\u00e0 della vita. Questo documento verr\u00e0 pubblicato ma \u00e8 importante vedere come pu\u00f2 impattare sul territorio e l\u2019esempio di Bergamo \u00e8 esemplare. Gli abitanti di Bergamo comprendono meglio di altri, come anche un visitatore o un turista.\r\n\r\nUna citt\u00e0 verde, infatti o con un nuovo approccio al pensiero del paesaggio, contribuisce a migliorare l\u2019ambiente di vita e l\u2019adattamento al cambio climatico.<\/strong>\r\n
Lezioni di Paesaggio: Perch\u00e9 l'educazione sul paesaggio \u00e8 essenziale<\/h3>\r\nLa questione della educazione e formazione in materia di paesaggio diventa essenziale sia per considerare fondamentale il ruolo del paesaggio e vigilare sulla trasformazione se si necessita con professionisti che conoscano la disciplina.\r\n\r\nNel 2018 ci fu una riunione a Tropea sul tema del paesaggio e sull\u2019educazione e la formazione ed Arketipos ha presentato l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Et\u00e9. Questo convegno \u00e8 stato interessante perch\u00e9 ha parlato della formazione a diversi livelli. L\u2019educazione alla scuola primaria con i bambini, secondaria e universitaria. In svizzera vieni educato tutta la vita. L\u2019educazione continua che porta alla conoscenza infinita: si pu\u00f2 studiare sempre. Questo \u00e8 interessante.\r\n\r\nOra velocemente legger\u00f2 il testo di base della conferenza del convegno che fu adottato dal comitato del ministero del consiglio d\u2019Europa. Dice che il ministero \u00e8 solo della cultura e dell\u2019ambiente, ma tramite questo testo dice cosa fare ai paesi dell\u2019unione.
