The Cultural Association of Historical Italian Hospitals – ACOSI has organized the National Conference “Therapeutic Gardens: from Horti Simplicium to Healing Gardens”, for Saturday, November 18, 2023.<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

In the spirit of the Association, the event highlights an illustrious history, to promote innovative practices for healthcare, combining cultural, scientific and operational aspects.
Unfortunately we do not have the extracts of this conference, but in the future this topic will be discussed more and more and you will find us on the spot to tell you why greenery is good for you and helps you heal. It has been talked about for at least a hundred years and finally a project line is being made.<\/p>\n

Why should a landscaping professional participate?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The issue of greenery in healthcare facilities is as urgent as that of urban greenery because it is finally evidence for all professionals in the hospital sector, but not only, that in the presence of greenery in hospitals people heal better and sooner.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We therefore hope that this conference is only the first of a series aimed at developing the topic of greenery and healing, not only in hospitals and nursing homes, but also in prisons.<\/p>\n

Green in Hospitals<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The conference develops the theme of Therapeutic Gardens, with interventions designed to underline both the link with the past and the most recent prospects for improvement for our hospitals, in fact in them the gardens are today an important element in the humanization of care environments ( also for those who work there) e of therapeutic pathways.<\/p>\n

Who is the conference dedicated to?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The conference is aimed first of all at staff members of hospital bodies, then at those with a professional interest (doctors, psychiatrists, therapists, designers, landscape architects, agronomists, botanists), but the theme is current and of great interest even among the wider public, and therefore the day is also open to the varied participation of enthusiasts and the curious.<\/p>\n

Perch\u00e9 un professionista del verde dovrebbe partecipare?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

Il tema del verde nei luoghi di cura \u00e8 urgente come quello del verde urbano perch\u00e9 finalmente \u00e8 un'evidenza per tutti i professionisti del settore ospedaliero, ma non solo, che in presenza di verde negli ospedali si guarisce meglio e prima.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Speriamo quindi che questo convegno sia solo il primo di una serie che abbiano lo scopo di sviluppare l'argomento del verde e della guarigione, non solo negli ospedali e le case di cura, ma anche nelle carceri.<\/p>\r\n

Immaginate quale grande impatto avrebbe sulla vita sociale delle persone? Immaginate quali enormi passi avanti potrebbe fare la societ\u00e0 mettendo in pratica queste esperienze verdi?\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Come abbiamo spesso detto, nel mondo del paesaggio le competenze sono moltissime e devono collaborare. Il Verde negli Ospedali<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

Il convegno sviluppa il tema dei Giardini terapeutici, con interventi concepiti per sottolineare sia il legame con il passato sia le pi\u00f9 recenti prospettive di miglioramento per i nostri ospedali, in essi infatti i giardini sono oggi un elemento importante nell\u2019umanizzazione degli ambienti di cura (anche per chi ci lavora) e dei percorsi terapeutici<\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n
