Giardini medievali d'amore e il mito di Afrodite<\/h3>\r\n
Sembra, da fonti non confermate che in periodo medievale il giardino dell\u2019amore fosse chiamato \"Il Giardino di Afrodite\"<\/strong> \u2013 dea dell\u2019amore.<\/p>\r\n
Ma il mito di Afrodite \u00e8 sempre inteso anche come principio della forma cosmica che ci invita a guardare il mondo con gli occhi dell\u2019Anima e forse in questo modo possiamo dare un\u2019anima al mondo e restituire il mondo all\u2019anima: \u201cSpetta a noi mantenere acceso il mondo (\u2026) un mondo senza anima non potr\u00e0 mai offrire intimit\u00e0, non potr\u00e0 mai ricambiare il mio sguardo, non potr\u00e0 mai guardarmi con interesse, con gratitudine (\u2026)\u201d<\/em> (testaferdinando.it) (Hillman)<\/p>\r\n

I giardini d'amore nella letteratura: Tristano e Isotta<\/h3>\r\n
Anche nel racconto \u201cTristano e Isotta\u201d di Gottfried von Strassburg, in un passaggio della loro storia, essi si ritrovano a parlare in giardino di nascosto (credono) dal marito di lei \u2013 che poi ascolta nascosto su un pino:<\/p>\r\n
[\u2026] Amando messer Tristano di Cornovaglia Ysotta la bionda, la moglie del re Marco, si fecero tra loro un segnale d\u2019amore di cotal guisa: che quando messere Tristano le volea parlare, si andava ad un giardino del re Marco, nel quale avea una fontana, e intorbidava il rigagnolo ch\u2019ella facea, il quale passava per lo palazzo dove stava la detta Ysotta; e quando ella vedea l\u2019acqua torbidata, si pensava che Tristano era alla fontana. Giardini d'amore orientali e l'ideale dei giardini dell'Eden<\/h3>\r\n
Ma nel 1200 i viaggi in oriente erano gi\u00e0 iniziati e venivano riportate curiosit\u00e0 e piante che hanno sicuramente insegnato a progettare il giardino di piacere e d\u2019amore di cui sopra.<\/p>\r\n
Ricordiamo infatti che, nell\u2019immaginario letterario e collettivo, il paradiso si trova ad oriente e viene spesso rappresentato come un giardino dove tra magnifiche piante rigogliose e profumate riposano animali mai visti, gorgogliano acque in canali e fontane e cinguettano uccelli dal canto melodioso e dal piumaggio di mille colori.<\/p>\r\n
