The seminar “Therapeutic Horticulture and Wellbeing”, promoted by the University of Milan, has collected Italian and international experiences on the use of horticultural therapy in health, social and educational contexts. The projects presented range from gardens in hospitals, schools, prisons and in contexts of mental fragility, to therapeutic gardens in Ukraine. The common goal is to promote psycho-physical wellbeing through contact with nature and agricultural activity.
