And here we are at our first conifer: the Araucaria araucana or Monkey-puzzle Tree. A plant that comes straight from the Mesozoic into our gardens.

What a pleasure to be able to talk about a plant as famous and acclaimed as the camellia! Romantic plant and flower that smells of an elegant and passionate past.

Today’s botanical profile is the “Cercis siliquastrum” or Judas Tree. So much beauty in this small (but not always) tree.
