What can you see from inside the house

mondo-del-giardino what can you see from inside the house
The sixth episode of Planning and Design focuses on what you see from your garden from inside your home. Since you spend more time indoors than outdoors, it is important to design your garden with the views from your windows in mind. The goal is to enhance the internal views with pleasing elements such as flowerbeds, sculptures or trees, avoiding bare or unpleasant views. Mindful observation helps improve the daily experience of green spaces.

What can you see from inside the house?

Good morning and welcome to the sixth episode of the “BUILD YOUR GARDEN” course.

This section will deal with organizational and design-related issues related to greenery. In fact, on the internet you can find a lot of practical advice – very useful – but little on the organization and design of work and outdoor space and we will try to fill this gap.
In this episode we will talk about what you see from inside the house.
What exactly does what you see from inside the house mean? We are working on the design of our garden.
In the previous videos we have explored some aspects that will allow us to decide how to organize green spaces.
Today we will deal with which parts of the garden I can see from inside the house.
In fact, you only spend a few hours of your time in the garden. You spend much more time at home.

Why we got a garden

When we got a house with a garden we certainly did it for the pleasure of seeing the garden from inside the house because this makes us feel good.
So let’s try to enhance the points that we see from inside.
Try to take a walk inside the house paying attention to what you see outside.
If you have been good you have already evaluated this and acted accordingly.
If instead you have not given importance to the thing today you can focus on it.

What can you see from the window?

Let’s say that looking from a French window you see that outside there is nothing but a lawn and a hedge because the flowerbed was inserted somewhere else.
Or from the window you only see the green wall of the hedge or worse an ugly view outside the garden.
Will your garden only be enjoyed from the outside and not from the inside?
If so we have to make a mental effort thinking about what we would like to see outside.
It could be a flowerbed, a sculpture, a tree or a seat that invites us to go out.
In short we have to insert an accent!
If you see something you don’t like, you’ll have to remove it or change it.
Thanks for following us and we hope we’ve been helpful.

Now on horseback! Work awaits us! Our new wonderful outdoor space is about to be born!
